Who can apply
SVIS welcomes applications for day and boarding seats from Nursery to Class XII, subject to seat availability and age eligibility as per class norms. Priority may be considered, where applicable, for siblings and proximity in line with school policy.
Steps to apply

Enquiry and campus tour: Connect with the Admissions Office to schedule a guided visit and discussion.

Application submission: Fill the application form and pay the application fee; select day/boarding and any transport requirement.

Baseline assessment: For select grades (typically III and above), students may take a short, age-appropriate assessment.

Interaction: A meeting with the Principal/Academic Team helps align expectations and understand the learner’s needs.

Offer of admission: Provisional offers are communicated with a last date for fee payment and document submission.

Fee payment and confirmation: Pay the admission fee/first-term fee to confirm the seat and receive the enrollment number.

Onboarding: Attend orientation, uniform and book procurement, transport route allocation (if opted), and house/class allocation.
Assessments and placement
Baseline assessments (where applicable) focus on prior-class proficiency and concept readiness; placement and any support plans are determined holistically, considering interaction and school records.
