"If these walls could talk, they would tell the story of a young boy named "Atharv" who entered Nursery fourteen years ago and grew into the 12th-grade leader I am today. Having spent my entire academic life at south valley, I have seen this school evolve, and it has seen me transform.Over the past three years, it has been my distinct honor to serve on the Student Council. This school hasn't just been a place of study; it has been the stage where I found my voice—quite literally. From winning state-level debating competitions, where I was honoured by the Hon'ble Chief Minister with the award, to being named 'Orator of the Year,' I owe my growth to the constant encouragement of this institution. I am not just a student here; I am a product of this school’s dedication to excellence."
At south valley, excellence extends far beyond the classroom. Having served in the Student Council for three years, I’ve seen how our vibrant co-curricular culture turns students into leaders.
● Arena of ideas: From regularly participating in Model United Nation conferences to state-level debates, our school is a training ground for public speaking. Winning "Orator of the Year" was a personal milestone, but the real victory is the confidence the school instills in every student to find their voice.
● Creative Expression: Whether it’s the harmony of the music and drama departments or the competitive thrill of quiz competitions, there is a stage for every talent.
● Innovation & Art: Through science fairs and art exhibitions, we are encouraged to move from theory to creation, turning abstract concepts into tangible projects.
"We don't just attend school; we experience it. These activities are where our character is truly forged."
Evolution & Innovation
Even after fourteen years here, the school continues to surprise me with its forward-thinking approach.
● Future-Ready Curriculum: The addition of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Computational Thinking (CT) ensures we aren't just students, but future-ready innovators.
● Specialized Clubs: Our campus life has expanded with the launch of the Eco, Math, Heritage, and Public Speaking clubs—offering every student a niche to belong to.
● Enhanced Connectivity: The new Parent Calendar has streamlined our community, creating a more transparent and organized bond between our homes and our classrooms.
A Tribute to the Mentors
"If this school is my second home, the teachers are its foundation—and I can say with pride that my foundation is unbreakable. I owe a debt of gratitude to the mother figures in my life, Nisha Ma’am and Shubhra Ma’am, for their unwavering care. To Abbas Sir, whose stories sparked my inspiration; to Prashant Sir and Yogendra Sir for their steady mentorship; and to Ashish Sir, who guided me through every high and low. To these mentors, and every teacher who has shared their wisdom with me over the last 14 years.
"Fourteen years ago, I entered these gates to learn; this year, I prepare to leave them. South valley didn’t just give me an education—it gave me a voice and a purpose. I will walk away with this school’s wisdom in my mind and memories in my heart"
Live in the present moment.
Be mindful. Be grateful.
